Here is complete video of Indiana Democrat Sen. Evan Bayh today announcing his decision to not seek re-election this Fall. Bayh spoke in Indianapolis, surrounded by his family, and said he is an "Executive" at heart, and is frustrated with the tone in Congress, and the inability to get things done for the people. Speculation has already started on whether of not Bayh might decide to oppose President Obama in 2012 for the Democrat Nomination. But Bayh said today his decision should not be taken to reflect negatively on President Obama or his colleauges in Congress. He called his decision a deeply "personal" one.
